"Being in Omega is like having a second family, but full of scholars. Our diversity broadens our perspectives, allows us to learn from each other, and teaches us how to work in a team- all advantages in academic work. Omega is not just a program, but a support system for its students in however they endeavor to change the world.
It has given me resources and opportunities to start projects and help others even as a freshman, and I'm so blessed to have found it." - Deniana Clemente Class of 2027 "Omega has been my Lane Tech home since my freshmen year. Even during Covid, my Omega classes have always been the most engaging. I have found people who support my interests and quirks without question. I have found people who widen my understanding of the world and make me a better person. Going into such a big school I was worried that I wouldn't find my community. Omega has proven me wrong. I can't imagine my high school career without Omega, and as I prepare to leave I can only hope that I can find a similar community in my college life and professional career.
